I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Complete disappointment in this company, dear accountants, do not get involved, save your time, nerves and money. Complete disrespect for clients, incompetent line of consultations and boorish attitude on the part of lawyers. Earlier, as an experienced chief accountant, I recommended this company as a supplier of excellent accounting software and brought more than 10 large clients to this company, but now I definitely do not recommend it to anyone, and I will suggest to my supervisors to change the supplier of accounting software. Firstly, do not agree to individual additional improvements, you will pay for the improvements, and then you will struggle with installing updates, since these improvements are missing from the updates and you will have to pay again to install the update based on your individual improvements. As a result, it's just siphoning off money. The second is the consultation line. This is a separate state, which you must first get through to and then prove that the program error is their fault, since the first thing you will hear is "I don't know, no one complained before you, these are your problems," it seems that only I worked with the program and the rest of the companies did everything manually. After a week of correspondence and a raised tone, you will be corrected for an error that will really be a flaw in the update process. And the icing on the cake is that if you want to cancel the program and support, but you have made an advance payment for several months in advance, then no one will refund your money, and without legislative justification, there will simply be a pinpong with written arguments, since the lawyer has a high opinion of himself, and decided that he is the king of the company and he has there is no reason to talk to customers, as he has already replied with an email saying "we will not refund your money because we cannot control whether you use our updates or not." Question: how can we use your updates if we refuse them and ask you not to send us any more links? The company is in liquidation, the software is not in use, the prepayment is suspended, but no one returns it, since the Lawyer king believes that this is already the company's money, this is already fraud. In fact, there is a direct basis for applying to MARCH and even to court. Therefore, do not take an update package for 6 months or more, it is not worth it. And I agree with the previous reviews, it is very interesting when reviews on the company's website are provided only by the Human company itself, that is, only letters of thanks are reflected. Apparently, there are a lot of dissatisfied customers if there is no way to leave a review yourself. One thing I can say is that with this approach, the company will lose all customers, reputation and respect, as there are quite a lot of adequate competitors on the market with much more favorable terms.
