A WONDERFUL HOTEL FOR A BUDGET HOLIDAY! Hello everyone Again, it was not possible to write a review in hot pursuit, although every time we tell ourselves that we will arrive and let's write right away! Well, nothing! My husband and I had an all-inclusive vacation from July 29 to August 08, and I want to say right away that we really, really, really liked the 3* hotel!!! Well, now everything is in order. road. We arrived at Enfida airport. We usually always change currency at the airport, but in this country, for some reason, all the exchangers at the airport were closed and the guide told us that we could exchange money at the hotel. After receiving the luggage, ANEX TOUR met and boarded the buses. It took 3.5 hours to get to the hotel, but we take this time as a free sightseeing tour of Tunisia, especially since the guide was constantly telling us something interesting about the area we were passing through. We had such a long road because of an unforeseen circumstance.: We all got on the bus and were ready to leave, but it turned out that one tourist had lost her suitcase (it simply hadn't arrived from Moscow). We waited for an hour for everything to be clarified, and then we got into traffic jams in the evening and drove at one o'clock in a teaspoon. CHECK-IN. We arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m., we were already late for dinner, and we only drank coffee and tea. We quickly checked into room 115 on the second floor with a view of Mahdia. Of course, we would like to have a view of the sea, at least from the side, then we were offered to move (for free), but we had already laid out everything and did not want to collect everything again and then arrange it. We got a room for three people with a double bed and an extra single bed. But, by the way, we still don't know where the windows of your room look better - there are rooms with views of the hotel's interior with a swimming pool, a bandstand with a playground in front of it, where noisy performances take place until late at night! The animation here is very well staged, it won't be boring, the animators are great: every evening there are contests, concerts, discos, and fun for children!!! But we prefer a relaxing vacation. Number. The room is spacious, the furniture is old, the plumbing is old, but it works. The room has air conditioning (it works fine), a TV, a safe (we never use it, but we lock everything valuable in a suitcase). 1.5 liters of bottled water was given out every day at the reception. It was cleaned regularly and cleanly. Of the washbasins, only a small soap and a bag of shower gel (renewed every day). The room had a balcony with a table and armchairs, and a bonus for our room was an additional balcony on half a floor, but we hardly ever visited the room, because we came to the sea and for excursions around the country. territory. The territory of the hotel is not very large, compact, there is nowhere to roam, and in the evenings we went out for a walk along the streets of Mahdia. There is a swimming pool with sun beds in the courtyard of the hotel, but we prefer to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the beach. Two mini-bars (one by the pool, the other in the restaurant). A bandstand for performances and a disco area. There is also a tennis court and another cafe-restaurant overlooking the sea. We would like to mention the store at the hotel with the widest assortment and quite affordable prices, where you can buy almost everything without going somewhere far away. In it we bought drinking water, if we didn't have enough, and small souvenirs, tea with mint... beach. sea. The hotel has a wonderful location by the sea. It has its own territory on the beach. A beautiful blue and white gate leads to the beach, which the beach keeper opens around seven in the morning and closes around six in the evening. The beach area is wide and very well equipped, under the beautiful mushrooms, the beach caretaker Ali arranges sun beds and soft mattresses. They don't give out beach towels at the hotel, and we knew we had bedspreads with us, but I want to add that there are a lot of different kinds of bedspreads on sale here (and they sell them on the beach, and in shops, in general, and we bought ourselves very beautiful bedspreads). We chose a mushroom we liked and sunbathed under it, I want to note that we really liked the deck chairs (very comfortable). There were enough sun beds for everyone. In the late afternoon, local residents came to the beach, but our Ali did not allow us to enter the territory of our beach and into the water so that they would not interfere with our swimming. The sand is soft, the garbage was constantly cleaned, the sand was sifted. The algae thrown out by the sea was also removed, though not always. The beach is patrolled by police and security service on quad bikes. The sea is beyond praise, calm, warm, turquoise, transparent, you didn't want to leave it: the light waves rock you gently and lullingly! We swam and dived for a long time. We are delighted with the beach and its proximity to the hotel - if you get thirsty, you can always run straight to the mini-bar in a swimsuit and drink whatever you want (water, tea, coffee or beer). But we don't like beer, especially in the heat, but tea is a nice thing! nutrition. We had an all-inclusive system (and drinks too). We were very satisfied with the food! I would just like to expand the range of fruits. We especially liked the cottage cheese for breakfast, we simply gorged on it, it was so fresh (just discarded) and delicious that we had never even tasted such delicious cottage cheese before! We added all kinds of jams, cereals and other goodies to it. There are very tasty pastries and cream. We tried local red wine (not very much), beer, and something stronger. In general, the food is varied and delicious. We would like to point out that we have been to other hotels in Africa of the same star rating (3*), for example, in Morocco, where we had breakfast +dinner, so we got up from the table half-starved at dinner (Morocco is an amazing country from an oriental fairy tale!), and here there is a buffet, food for There are a lot of threes, we just overeaten!!!! excursions. We try to take excursions from the host party (it makes us feel safer). We took two guided tours. 1. 2-day trip to the Sahara ($200 for two) and 2. Carthage - Sidi Bou Said - Tunis ($77 for two). And we skydived on the beach. The excursions are wonderful, I can't convey the emotions - especially the Sugar!!! My husband fulfilled his long-held dream - he visited Carthage! Tunisia is a country of wonderful antiquities, every city of it breathes the antiquity of thousands of years! We walked around Mahdia ourselves, explored the sights of its Medina, and also walked along the promenade in the tourist area. Wonderful country, friendly local population! We are delighted with this trip and the hotel!!!! We brought green tea with mint, olive oil, dates, Arabic oil perfumes, bedspreads from Tunisia. We recommend the hotel and would even return there again, but we will not break our rule to go to a new place every time!!!!

We rested in mid-October, the weather is changeable, the wind and sometimes the sea is stormy. The water is warm. As for the hotel, those who love luxury holidays, the hotel is not milking you :) it is simple, small and cozy. It's quiet here, there are a lot of families with children and the elderly. the rooms are cleaned, but I would not say that it is super clean, the food is monotonous, basically the same thing every day, but if you do not cling, then it is acceptable. The beach and the sea are clean, you have to pay tribute here!) The beach boss is watching this!))) and the sunbed will always bring and wish you a good morning. The sand is clean, white, and soft. We have been to other beaches along the line, we have the cleanest!) Animator Simo is a cool guy, sociable, does not impose, friendly. It's kind of tight with the others.. The hotel benefits greatly from the location, the sea and the beach! And if the room has a sea view and a terrace, then you can put 5 *)) my score is 3.8-4.

The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, there is no theft! The food is monotonous, but delicious, you will not stay hungry, we were 12 days, we took different things every time.Of the 3* hotels in this area, the best and cleanest and this is not only my opinion, many of the guests who were in Topkapi Beach, some return there again!
