We were at the hotel in early April 2025. He has a Russian-language website, through which we booked him. The location of the hotel is wonderful: there is a cafe nearby, the observation deck is not far away, you do not need to climb high into the mountain to get to the hotel, there is a small parking lot nearby, or you can park your car near the cafe (parking in Gerim is not an easy task). Not a bad breakfast. There is a beautiful veranda from where you can watch the balloons flying, and there is a photo zone. A beautiful room where breakfast is served in winter and in bad weather. The hotel rooms are located along the street in several tiers. The interior is made in a "cave" style. All hotel services are quite decent. There was only one drawback: we occupied room 308 delux, it smelled very strongly of sewage! It was good that the room had a window and the weather was warm. We closed the door to the shower room and kept the window open all the time. This, of course, spoiled our impression of the hotel. But she did not remove the star.

An incredibly beautiful hotel. Every corner of it is a photo zone. A large, beautiful room with a stunning bathroom and a balcony from which you can admire the balloons in the morning and the lights of the night sky in the evening. Friendly staff, always ready to solve any of your questions. Amazing breakfast. I'll be happy to come back again and not once.
