I visited this branch on 11.01.25, I was super satisfied! Firstly, I really like Helix, and secondly, this branch is in no way inferior to those where I applied earlier. Everything was done quickly, there were no problems, they gave recommendations, a treat (special thanks for customer orientation), and the blood was taken painlessly and quickly. And there was no queue at all. And I got the results day in, day out, wow! I recommend it!

I donate blood regularly every two months, there are never queues. However, after the renaming of Sinevo to Helix, the time frame for the readiness of the analyzes has greatly increased. A nice bonus is that fruit sweets and coffee create a good mood at the beginning of the day) but I take off one star for waiting a long time for the results.
