I went to Caesar for a haircut, no questions asked, as a master. At one point, Caesar got sick and was signed up for another free master (thanks for at least calling that time) - it felt like some intern was cutting my hair. The haircut took an hour and a half (by the way, this is without a beard), only the sides were removed, but they couldn't even remove the sides from 0 (in an hour and a half). We didn't even get to the beard, so I went to do it somewhere else, because it was scary. I made an appointment with Caesar again today at 10 a.m. I arrive at 10 a.m. and there is no one there. Okay, everyone can be late and waited 10 minutes. There's no one there. I called the barbershop, and as it turned out, Caesar wasn't going to be there, and they just "didn't have time" to call me. It seems like they work until 22, how can you not have time to call? Yes, even in the morning before recording, you can do this so that no one wastes their time. Someone else should have been there to receive me, but there was no one there. Dear management, find out how this haircut stall works and who you hired. Thank you for your time and a terrible impression, don't set foot here anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

It was scheduled for 10.00. The master overslept, which did not please me, to put it mildly. The manager offered to call me a taxi and get a haircut at their other location. And I would have done so, but today was a very limited time, so it was faster to get a haircut at a barbershop nearby. There are no questions about the manager's work.
