The store itself is generally good, but the staff is nothing to worry about, if you are looking for good cashiers or sellers, then choose carefully, they can't count normally, especially that girl, she's rude!! I asked for the package 3 times, missed it 3 times, and eventually threw out my receipt in front of me, even though I asked for the receipt, I'll complain again!!

I hereby express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service at Havas. I systematically encounter violations of the basic standards of service: employees refuse to give change correctly, citing the lack of exchangeable funds. At the same time, in similar situations, when the client lacks a trifle, the staff allows themselves to express dissatisfaction and behave incorrectly. Separately, I would like to note the unacceptable manner of communication between employees: rudeness, dismissive tone and outright rudeness. Such behavior contradicts both the standards of customer service and the basic norms of business ethics. From the point of view of consumer protection, the refusal to issue full delivery is a violation, and improper customer treatment is direct evidence of the inadequate quality of services. Please: • conduct an internal audit on this fact, • take disciplinary action against employees, • ensure compliance with service standards and cash discipline. Otherwise, I reserve the right to contact the relevant regulatory authorities. I consider the service to be unsatisfactory at the moment.
