I had a wonderful stay at Hartwell Hotel in Moscow and truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made my stay pleasant from start to finish. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to access, making it a great choice for visitors. I would especially like to thank the lovely lady at the reception, Ayperi. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made a difference and made me feel at home. I will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow.
