Once again, the children were brought to horse riding classes. We arrived in advance to feed the children at the restaurant at the complex. During the visit, the female administrator (or the manager) made several remarks to the children, demanding "not to make noise." At the same time, the children did not run around the hall, did not interfere with visitors and did not violate public order. The eldest child was sitting quietly at the table, the youngest was standing on the couch drinking water. Yes, like any three-year-old child, he was active at the beginning, but then he calmed down. Despite this, the employee approached again and rudely began demanding to "observe restaurant etiquette", arguing while doing this in front of the children, with a raised and irritated tone. I consider this form of communication with guests to be completely unprofessional, unethical and violating the basic norms of customer service. After this situation, my eldest son was so scared that he asked several times at home.: "Mom, are we not allowed to go to restaurants now?" I remind you that the norms of behavior should be assessed taking into account the age of the child and the actual violation of the order. In this case, the child did not bother anyone, did not scream or create discomfort to others. At the same time, the staff IS OBLIGED to observe the basic norms of respectful and correct communication with guests. I demand: 1. An official apology from this employee. 2. Carrying out internal work on standards of communication with guests. 3. Preventing similar behavior towards other visitors in the future. If there is no reaction, I reserve the right to contact the consumer protection authorities. Nevertheless, I would like to mention the coaches who always behave politely. The waiters are also friendly.
