I do not recommend this store because of its extremely low reliability. We selected a bouquet with the manager, approved the time, and went to receive the payment details. However, the next day, the order was refused, stating that "there are no flowers at all." At the same time, the store's social media pages were full of stories with an assortment. If for some reason the store does not want to fulfill the order, it should be reported immediately, and not mislead the customer. Then there would have been no questions and no wasted time waiting, because of which I had to urgently look for another floral. Judging by the experience of other customers, the "lack of colors" is a systemic problem of the store. Extremely frivolous behavior

Very poor service. I ordered flowers for my mom and sister. I explained 10 times which ones. They asked again, they said there was no box, then there were no flowers. The order was for 2 addresses. As a result, both bouquets were delivered to 1 address. Also, the bouquets are not the same. I ordered one small and the other larger, respectively, and the price is a little more expensive. I paid. As a result, two small bouquets were delivered. The balance was not returned. And you don't have to, to be honest. Customer orientation is at zero. I'm very disappointed.
