Gümüş Klima / The continuation of the victimization I experienced with Mr. Muhammet After our air conditioner did not cool down, I applied to Silver Air Conditioner. The authorities came and did a check the next day and gave a price of 12,500 TL, including the outdoor unit and labor, saying that the outdoor unit needed to be changed. They promised, ”If you pay today, we will install the new engine tomorrow." I paid the payment to the bank accounts on the same day, trusting that we reached through an acquaintance. The first victimization process • Although they said they would install a zero engine, they installed a second-hand engine. • They left the outdoor unit without installing it properly, without even tightening the screws. This situation is extremely dangerous from a security point of view. • After about 3 weeks, the engine stopped working completely. This time they continued to stall with the excuse of ”the engine burned out due to the voltage". • Then the engine they installed started working extremely noisily and the whole building was disturbed. • When I tried to contact the company, my calls were not answered. When I shared the situation in internet comments, Mr. Muhammet called my landlord and made threatening speeches about me and put pressure on me by saying that I should remove the comment. My host asked me to delete the comment so that the topic wouldn't grow, and I removed it. Although I removed the complaint, the problem has not been solved. On the contrary, the distraction by Mr. Muhammet continued. • He called me again on the 10th of November and said, “My big agreement with Akdeniz University is being canceled because of the complaint I wrote.” • Giving me his word of honor, he said, “I will definitely come on Monday and solve the problem completely.” * By showing a human approach, I trusted him again and removed the complaint. • But the day he promised did not come again. Then he insisted on coming especially on the day when I would not be at home. Despite this, we finally made an appointment for the date of 26.11.2025. According to his own words, this date was his day off. Although he said he would come in the morning, he postponed the appointment to the evening time at the last moment. Two hours before the appointment, I asked, “Is there any equipment I should bring with me?” he pretended to confirm his future by asking. But as usual: He did not come again at the appointed hour. And he's definitely not answering my calls right now. Result • The promised service has not been provided for the fee I paid. • The delivered part is second-hand, defective and dangerous. * Mr. Muhammet has repeatedly made false statements, did not come to appointments, constantly delayed and applied pressure. • I have been victimized many times and I regret contacting this person. I wouldn't want anyone to experience the same victimization. From my own experience, I can say that I remember this decision with regret again every day.
