Good afternoon to all, we just returned from the sea, we rested from July 9-20, 2024. I liked the guest house. The hostess Camila is very friendly, helpful and positive. It really feels like you're relaxing with old friends. The rooms are great, clean and cozy. Everything is there: a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a kettle, towels. The sea is nearby, canteens for every taste. Thank you so much for a great stay!

The room has everything for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, a TV, a hairdryer, a bathroom in the room, regular room cleaning. There is a desire to come back here again.The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Nearby there are canteens where the food is very tasty. I recommend the guest house Chegem to everyone.

I had a rest in July 2023. Many thanks to the hostesses of the guest house for the sincere attitude towards the guests! Any question, any problem - everything is solved at once. It feels like you're vacationing with relatives. The hostess is very sincere, open, the epitome of true hospitality. The guest house itself is located slightly away from the center. It takes 20 minutes on foot to the embankment, 25-30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by minibus to a good beach (mocha, medusa, etc.). MVO beach is a 5-7 minute walk away, but it is for an amateur. Next to the guest house there are shops, a dining room, a small fruit market, a homemade food cafe where chic dolma, khinkali and khachapuri are prepared. In general, the location is good for living in Sukhum, you can quickly get to or walk to everything, but it is very quiet, there is no noise of the embankment and the road. Roosters sing in the morning, cicadas in the evening. On the veranda you can sit on chairs, in an armchair or even swing on a swing. The hosts treat you with compotes, jam, and their own pastries. It feels like visiting your own aunt in the country. Thank you very much!
