Even though the portions are decent, and even something delicious (shish kebab, by the way, is not bad), the establishment cannot be called a cafe at all. The service is "0", as if they just started working yesterday and hired a waiter from the street, without any training. There were two of us, and they brought the device alone, so we had to take turns eating because we couldn't get through to anyone. You'll break your legs before you get to the bathroom. The toilet is generally a separate topic, thank you that at least you can wash your hands outside in the washbasin. The prices are certainly not sky-high, but it's not worth it. I do not recommend this establishment if you do not want to get health problems in the form of nausea and stool problems in the morning as a bonus.

A great cafe, the food is very tasty + there is no stripping like in other cafes (if you order a fish with vegetables, then the weight is considered as a fish only, in others the weight is considered together with vegetables and the amount comes out wow). And khachapur is delicious and pasta, be sure to try it. I am very glad that I found this cafe, I often came for lunch and dinner, I always left happy and well-fed (even the children went with pleasure and ate there). Special thanks to the owner Timur, for his positive attitude, fast work, comfort (human attitude, believe me, it is not everywhere like this). I am very pleased with this cafe, I recommend it. Timur, you will have further prosperity! In the evenings, do not hesitate to turn on the music louder so that people can hear you a mile away)))

We arrived in Gagra at midnight, we were very hungry, came to the Grotto cafe, asked very much to feed us - they did not refuse us, they accepted us as relatives and served us the most delicious pizza we have ever tasted in our lives! We also tried solyanka, after which you will "lick your fingers", delicious Greek salad (tomatoes are very memorable, you do not eat plastic, as in Tatarstan, but a really delicious vegetable), fried shrimp, julienne - in general, a variety of dishes (portions of which are not small), after which it is really possible to conclude that in in this institution, the chef has simply golden hands, preparing amazing dishes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, we will definitely visit you again, the service is always timely and fast, thank you thank you!🫶🏻😊
