I would like to draw the attention of the store's management to the organization of the cash registers. In an area where many elderly people live, there are a disproportionately large number of self—service cash desks - there are about six of them, while there is only one cash register with cashiers (and it does not always work). This creates serious queues during rush hours, as a significant part of the buyers are retired. It is difficult or impossible for them to use modern technologies: many withdraw cash from cards, while others simply do not want or cannot learn how to work with self-service terminals due to age or health. I ask you to review the staffing table and increase the number of working cash desks with cashiers in order to ensure comfort for all customers.

The store has a good assortment, and there are self-service cash desks, but very rarely there are cashiers at regular cash desks. With a large grocery cart and a small child, it's kind of hard at the self-service checkout, and when you ask the cashier to come to the regular checkout, you constantly encounter excuses or indignation from the staff. So pay attention to this!

It's been very smart to add a lot of self-service cash registers. Step 2. I hope the problem has been solved at the checkout. I agree that there is no employee in the meat department. Here you can either add an assortment to the meat department and expand the counter so that the person works. Well, or let the baker put the meat on. Not once did a female employee ask if I needed something from the meat store when I first went there to examine the products. It's already nice here. But if there is no employee on the horizon, then yes, I agree that the wait will be prolonged. We bought watermelon around October 15-20. Well, there's nothing to worry about. Store wines? Maybe yes, maybe no. I threw away a tenner, but okay, as it is. Choosing an assortment of products and merchandise is not bad! There is even a choice of alcohol. It is very good that there is a department with dry fish, various and by weight at reasonable prices! I hope no one gets poisoned, otherwise they bought a yellow tabby in the summer at the Euroopter at the red price, they consumed it a week later and it was somehow sad. By the way, there is a very good selection of both local and imported beer, for example, German beer can be bought at an affordable price. I'm counting the right store!
