We ended up with two different chefs. On different days. A young girl cooks amazingly. We went to it with our family twice in a row. Meat, sauces, vegetables are delicious. The second cook, an older girl. Well, I just ruined everything. One pita bread, almost no meat, only in the middle, the sauces were poured. I'm lowering my rating only for this. But if everything gets better, I'll change my grade.

Inconvenient size. 350,450 and 600 grams. 450 seems to be too little for an adult, but 600 seems to be too much. 500-550 g would be the most optimal format. Then there's not much meat. They said a gram of 130g per 600g of shawarma, it's not about anything at all. But there is a lot of lavash, the proportions are not optimal. In addition, half of the filling is cabbage. They also add onions to each shawarma. As a result, only the cabbage and onion aftertaste remains in the mouth. 🤷
