We are just leaving this wonderful guest house, we will definitely return more than once and we will recommend it to our friends. The rooms are modern, the mattresses are good, they don't stick into the back), the linen and towels are snow-white, cleaning is frequent, Olga and Irina, the manager, are very good, they will always help. I want to come back to such people) . The sea is clear, a wild beach is across the street, a 10-minute walk from the most fashionable beaches of Sukhum, Mocha, Marnero, cafes nearby, a home-made dining room in the courtyard, restaurants, a 10-minute taxi ride to the Sukhum embankment. There is no rotavirus here, 5 of us had a rest and everything is fine. Nature is gorgeous. Definitely the highest rating for this guest house, we've been to others in Abkhazia, this one is the best)

A pleasant, modern, clean and quiet hotel!) It 's pretty quiet in the evenings, the sea is a 10 - minute walk away . There is an ironing board in the common area , a kitchen on the street ( although we didn 't use it ) , washing machines are also available . We had a room with a balcony , a table and armchairs where we ate in the morning and evening. I recommend this place to everyone !)

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The hotel is new, everything is clean and fresh, the rooms are cozy and modern. Good-natured hosts, very responsive to all requests. The sea is across the street , 5 minutes on foot , another 5 minutes along the shore to Mornero beach , the beach is sparsely populated . The dining room is right next to it , cheap and delicious 😋
