Well, that's it. We stayed there for 14 nights from 07.07.25 to 07.21.25. We came with a large group. They occupied 5 houses. Cabins , standard room, stone junior suite. But they chose wooden houses. It's all good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, all requests and suggestions are fulfilled very quickly, there is no need to ask twice. The cuisine is not bad, the food is delicious. Waiters and kitchen staff are always ready to help with everything, although they are not required to. I really missed at least one microwave. There was no place to heat the children's food or porridge, but the cooks in the kitchen never refused to heat it on the stove. The linen was changed frequently, cleaned daily. The pool is clean and nice. The road to the sea is 250-300 meters, but in the park in the shade, very beautiful trees. In general, the rest was very good. Many thanks to the hotel staff.

We stayed at this hotel from August 27th to September 10th, 2025. Our room was a junior suite, for 4 people, one adult and three children. The room is great, the whole area and everything around it matches the photos on the website. We liked everything with the kids, starting with the room, the staff, and the pool (which the kids didn't get out of). We were also quite satisfied with the breakfasts, at home.:porridges, pancakes, fritters, cheesecakes, boiled eggs, fried eggs. We were quite full. They also ate in the cafe, bought a la carte for lunch and dinner, everything was delicious, the prices were reasonable. The waiters are polite, especially Anya and Alexander, we became friends, very positive young people, such employees definitely need a bonus.You look at them and the mood rises, well done. You guys are in our♥️ The location is excellent, you pass the park and immediately the sea. The sunsets are beautiful. The view from the terrace was also gorgeous, especially on a full moon.🔥 There are good cafes near the sea, I especially liked the TowerWe were satisfied, the rest was a success. Fell in love with Abkhazia♥️Thank you very much. I definitely recommend this hotel

This is the third time in Abkhazia and there is something to compare it with. I can safely say that we liked it here. The hotel is located in a park, the nature and the air are wonderful! If you like parties, this is not the place for you. The hotel is a family hotel, I noticed that after 22.00 there is complete silence. If you want to dance, you can go to a cafe on the beach. The hotel grounds are very clean, the pool is constantly cleaned, and the rooms are clean. They take out the trash every day, easy cleaning if necessary. The linen is changed every three days. As a perfectionist, I noticed a couple of nuances, but these are small things (the drawer in the refrigerator was dirty, the package from the clothes of previous guests was not removed from the closet, the robes were dirty, but I noticed this when we were about to go home...).We were in the suite, the photos match.The room has plates, glasses, cups, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, toiletries, everything is there.The room is very large, it was just the two of us, but it can accommodate 6 people. The air conditioning is located in the rooms in different ways, there is one opposite the bed, as it was in our room, if it is important to you, please specify. I really liked the attitude of the receptionists and waiters, everyone is very friendly, not fake, as it sometimes happens, the guys are sincerely trying. Thank you! It is very pleasant! There is a cafe on site, where breakfast is served from 8 to 10. (they are a little monotonous, but you will not stay hungry (eggs, omelet, porridge, pancakes, cheesecakes, cheese, tea, coffee 3in1). You can bring your coffee, that's what we did. After that, you can order food and drinks at the cafe throughout the day. The kitchen is open until 21.00, the cafe until 22.00. This is quite enough. The food is delicious (I didn't like only the cutlet). It takes 1 minute to get to the beach, and there are two cafes on the beach. We haven't been to the lighthouse, we tried shish kebab and vegetables in another cafe, and Lyulya didn't like it. We always ate at the hotel. There is a small shop, it's a 10-minute walk to the park, or to the market, but it's further away, 20 minutes for sure. There was no power outage or water outage. Thanks again for the warm welcome. I really want to return to this place!
