In my opinion, the Service is 0. We rented 2 baths. The price is not cheap. As a result, the vat of warm water was ready only after 2.5 hours. And in the second bath, they didn't even pour water into the vat. In the end, the hot water in the bath itself was turned off. Kitchen orders were mixed up. The administration is not making contact. Only the maid runs back and forth out of breath. Okay, on the second day we wanted to rent a cabin, but when we were exploring the neighborhood, a security guard came running and started talking in raised tones. No more naked in this place. If the bath hour is 3000 tenge instead of 20k, you can still think about it. But, the price and quality don't exactly match. Nature is gorgeous. Staff 2 out of 10 Maintenance 0 out of 10 The food is 6 out of 10. I could have put a 9. But the food was cold. When I asked for hot food, they told me that there was a microwave in the bathroom. A 7k serving of food and a microwave Territory -10. Because the area is gorgeous.

It's a very cozy and beautiful place. Well-maintained territory, calm atmosphere and excellent service. I would like to mention the delicious cuisine separately - everything is fresh and cooked with a soul. A great place to stay, we will definitely come back again. I recommend it!
