I came to the store today as usual after work. A security guard comes up to me with a printed photo of me from January 25, where I walk around the store with a basket, the second photo shows me punching groceries at the self-service checkout, and says that on January 25, I bought grapes and they were at a different price and I need to pay extra) I remember the day when I bought grapes, there were only two available, green and blue next to it. There were two price tags with codes on top. As always, I typed in the code, put the price tag on the package, and paid for everything. And she left. It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm being approached with this information. I was confused and of course I paid the difference at the information center. But now I'm wondering how they can even prove to me that I was wrong when there was a price tag with a code above these grapes that day, and the green grapes were of the same type. Are they closing their gaps or shoals in this way?! I think we should write in MARCH, and at the same time indicate expired meat products and rotten meat sausages in the meat department.

The most terrible Green of all! Meat products are just a nightmare, the second time I came across the fact that when I buy chicken fillet at home, I find that it is simply spoiled))) There are big issues with storage, as the sausage refrigerators did not work, and it is also not entirely clear why the beverage refrigerators do not work. Vegetables/fruits are disgusting, tomatoes are constantly broken or rotten. The staff is something with something))) No matter what you ask, they don't know anything, or they answer with a favor. Self-service cash desks are still a quest. By the time you reach the store, you won't even have the desire to buy anything. And I would like to point out that the location of the departments is disgusting and far from intuitive. There are always women standing on the food court who would prefer to have a nice conversation with each other and make a whole queue of people wait, oh yes, they will serve one person for 5 minutes)) All in all: a failure! I'd rather go to the same Crown than buy spoiled products in the Green on a regular basis. The only good thing about this store is the male cashier, who speaks English, is very pleasant and not arrogant like the rest of the staff))

This is simply the worst store in terms of the quality of products, not just among the greens, but in general of all the stores in my life. This is the third time I've bought spoiled food in less than a year since it opened. Last summer, they sold chicken drumsticks, which not only stank, but already had cyanotic spots. After the new year, I got rotten eggs, for the first time in my life this happened to me at all, I'll attach a photo, it's a pity that I can't share the smell, the broken egg stank so much that I had to take out the trash with this egg at night. And here it is again, another rotten thing. Everything is fine in terms of timing, but taking into account the experience of past purchases, they store everything as. I will never buy anything meat and dairy there again. And yes, it would be nice to put filters in the coffee department. There is no such obvious and elementary thing in such a huge store. And employees never know anything about either the assortment or the location of the goods. No matter how you ask, it's not for me, "I don't know anything here," "well, maybe look somewhere."
