I came to the store today as usual after work. A security guard comes up to me with a printed photo of me from January 25, where I walk around the store with a basket, the second photo shows me punching groceries at the self-service checkout, and says that on January 25, I bought grapes and they were at a different price and I need to pay extra) I remember the day when I bought grapes, there were only two available, green and blue next to it. There were two price tags with codes on top. As always, I typed in the code, put the price tag on the package, and paid for everything. And she left. It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm being approached with this information. I was confused and of course I paid the difference at the information center. But now I'm wondering how they can even prove to me that I was wrong when there was a price tag with a code above these grapes that day, and the green grapes were of the same type. Are they closing their gaps or shoals in this way?! I think we should write in MARCH, and at the same time indicate expired meat products and rotten meat sausages in the meat department.

The most terrible Green of all! Meat products are just a nightmare, the second time I came across the fact that when I buy chicken fillet at home, I find that it is simply spoiled))) There are big issues with storage, as the sausage refrigerators did not work, and it is also not entirely clear why the beverage refrigerators do not work. Vegetables/fruits are disgusting, tomatoes are constantly broken or rotten. The staff is something with something))) No matter what you ask, they don't know anything, or they answer with a favor. Self-service cash desks are still a quest. By the time you reach the store, you won't even have the desire to buy anything. And I would like to point out that the location of the departments is disgusting and far from intuitive. There are always women standing on the food court who would prefer to have a nice conversation with each other and make a whole queue of people wait, oh yes, they will serve one person for 5 minutes)) All in all: a failure! I'd rather go to the same Crown than buy spoiled products in the Green on a regular basis. The only good thing about this store is the male cashier, who speaks English, is very pleasant and not arrogant like the rest of the staff))

On 02/23/2026, he came to the store at Bratskaya 18 (GREEN) for shopping. The first negative was at 14:00, I stood in line for 20 minutes, 3 cash desks were working, for this time of day it was very long, most likely there were not enough cashiers. When I left the cash register, I saw that the cheese I had bought was overdue! When I approached the information center , I brought the information about the delay , and the employees were surprised . I asked the employee to go to the cheese department and check the counters for delays. To my surprise, the employee and I found 15 more bars of cheese (about 1.5 kg.) with expired shelf life. There is video from the store's security cameras. The deputy was invited. Of course, I was kind at first, but when it smelled fried, I pretended that it was my fault that I bought expired goods. Disgusting attitude towards the consumer! They definitely ruined the holiday , they wasted my time . Now, every time you come to the store, you need to look at the expiration dates under a magnifying glass, the trust has already been ruined! I also saw sausages on the counter in the sausage department with no production date, expiration dates, storage temperature, or storage conditions! Put your ideal store in order, and I advise consumers to choose their products more carefully!
