We stayed at the Grandis Hotel on December 30, 31, 2025 and January 1-4, 2026. We felt a warm welcome in Abkhaz right away, despite settling in late at night (we checked in at 3.30). The hotel can be rated 5 stars. The rooms are cozy. Everything is there for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, sofa, modern plumbing, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, safe, underfloor heating (!!!), heated swimming pool, kitchen and barbecue area, convenient Parking. Many thanks to the staff! Good-natured and helpful Larisa was always there. Yes, thank you for the positive feedback and a great rest. We wish you well-being and prosperity!

Simple, incredibly cool! We were here at the end of January, the weather is just wonderful! It rains a little, but in the evenings it's clear and pleasant to warm up from the frosts. As for the hotel. Everything is as shown in the pictures Cozy, beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, concise, clean linen, snow-white, hot water is always available. Everything is new, you want to touch everything with your hand The room was simply luxurious, there was a lot of space, and you can live on the balcony in general. The hosts are good-natured, sociable, trust people- we stopped by without any prepayment - we are always ready to help with any issue, they will explain and tell you everything. There is a summer kitchen. Since there was a heat gun, it was very warm at +10 (we usually went there right after the pool, but more on that later). They cooked and fried on an electric stove, and there were a lot of dishes and accessories. There is even a barbecue. I can't help but mention the seals. They are simply incredible! Especially a white cat - so well-mannered and friendly. We got cosmic pleasure every time we stroked them.😍😍😍 And finally, the pool. It's just that 🔥🔥🔥 The water is heated to 35 degrees, which is why you absolutely do not want to leave it! Even in the rain it was very comfortable. In general , a fairy tale 😎 I definitely advise you to spend your time here) Even in winter, we warmed up here and enjoyed the sea and the Pitsunda pine (just 3 minutes on foot)
