We were on New Year's holidays. No hint of a holiday, one Christmas tree for the whole hotel, no entertainment, animations, etc. The hotel itself is decent, the rooms are large, clean, cozy, 10 out of 10. The pool is warm, but the weather did not allow it to be used, there was heavy rain and wind. The area around the hotel is creepy The road goes through the beach through puddles and mud, the coastline is very close, but it looks fast, the shops are far away, the atmosphere is sad and gloomy. On food: we had included breakfasts and dinners. There are no questions about breakfast, everything is fine. But the dinners are sooooo meager. Two hot ones, like pilaf and pasta with minced meat, two salads, and that's it! My mother-in-law is a vegan, she had nothing to eat. Even the tangerines, which were in peak season, were semi-dry and in very limited quantities. There were no juices, but the compote was normal for the first two days, then they began to dilute it with water. They fell for this hotel because it is a network hotel, and everything should be at a high level. But this is Abkhazia)))) In short, I don't want to go back.

A great place for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city! A small hotel located on the first coastline. Excellent customer-oriented staff! I was pleased with the availability of sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, cleanliness, regular replacement of towels and the availability of beach towels, an excellent pool on site and a very decent breakfast buffet! I would also like to mention the masterpiece salad with caramelized eggplant-unexpectedly and very worthy! Clean, warm sea, beautiful nature, very hospitable and hospitable people! Zoophobes may be annoyed by the presence of stray dogs and cows walking on the roads! The animals are absolutely calm and non-aggressive! The pebble beach and the warm sea provoked long swims! Dolphins are available (I'm lucky!))

We chose the Grace Faors Hotel and we were right!😍 It was love at first sight - a beautiful building, beautiful rooms with sea and mountain views, very comfortable beds, white bathrobes, beach towels and always friendly staff! It was the first time I saw such a warm attitude towards guests from all the staff - from the incredible manager Kristina to the maids, who always tried to do their job without disturbing the vacationers! EVERYTHING is at the highest level!!! The restaurant is a special huge thank you to the girls who do everything to make the guests feel delicious and comfortable!!! Thank you so much for your hard work!!! You have the most delicious food in Abkhazia!!!❤️🤗 Thanks to all the wonderful team who, with great love and professionalism, made our vacation unforgettable!!!😍❤️ And special thanks for the help in a difficult situation!❤️🙏 We decided to come in May 05/23/2025, out of season, but we didn't regret it at all and were very satisfied!We had a rest with a small child, who also really enjoyed swimming in the pool and collecting pebbles by the sea!🩵 Without any doubt, next time only to you!!!❤️🙏🤗
