The food is very tasty 10/10, BUT there is many minuses. At first there was a hair in salad, 2nd is that we didnt order wrap, but cashier put it in our receipt, we pay for it and thet brought it to us. The same was with the table sitting near us, they ordered cake but the garcon bring some kind of matcha pudding. For which they pay also, but didnt ordered it. So very dissapointed with the service.

I had a disappointing experience at Gotcha. The staff was quite rude from the start, which already set a negative tone. We ordered mochis and coffee, expecting to sit down and enjoy them, but we weren’t even allowed to stay and relax with our order. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined what could have been a nice visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Honestly, I straight up not believe that boba drinks are THAT expensive. These type of prices are very 2008 era when it was actually new and hard to import outside East Asia. So right now the prices should be HALF of what they are in here, and even then it would be not cheapest option which is fine I guess fake inflation be the reason or whatever. I know I have European standards or whatever, but I straight up believe the prices here are unreasonable. It’s delicious, I got boba from Got cha twice, the café is very beautiful, waiting time is very short, but seriously the prices will close this franchise within two years, once some other companies realise that they can enter the boba business sphere and not overcharge people ridiculous high prices. I think I wouldn’t actually recommend anyone to go here beyond like once. Since the menu seems to be really interesting and probably very delicious. But why go here when you can pay half the price in nearest Cofix or something for a different but delicious specialty drink.
