A wonderful place to live! The apartment is spacious, with a large loggia and stunning sea views. The complex is very well maintained, there is a swimming pool, a fitness center and a Playground. There are shops, restaurants and a public transport stop nearby. I definitely recommend it!

We would like to share our experience of buying real estate in the residential complex Life Garden Oba through the Goldash Goldas Group company. A considerable time after the transaction, we accidentally discovered that the apartment we had purchased was still listed for sale. This came as a big surprise to us. After the conclusion of the civil trial in our favor, lawyers in Alanya explained that the company currently has no assets, which makes the refund process extremely difficult. It got to the point that due to accumulated debts, the equipment was removed from the facade of the office to avoid its possible withdrawal. According to our estimates, the construction of the complex is delayed by at least a year and a half. In addition, it was explained to us that when buying through an intermediary, rather than directly from the developer (Lider Construction), it may be difficult to register the property, since in this case the buyer's rights are not legally fully protected. We also want to note that in the process of communicating with the main representative of the company, we encountered an extremely unconstructive attitude and attempts to pressure us in case of publication of reviews. We strongly recommend that future buyers carefully study the terms of the transaction, the documents and the reputation of all parties in order to avoid such situations.
