But if a child goes to the store alone, some kind of absurdity turns on. They forbid him to even sit down and look at the bottom shelf, as if he had come not to buy, but to harm. At the same time, if an adult comes next, the same actions of the child suddenly become permissible. Such selective "regulation" is not a concern for the product, but an inability to work with customers and a banal lack of pedagogical tact. Sellers seem to have forgotten that their task is to help with the selection.Management should seriously engage in staff training: either teach employees to communicate with children in a human way, or do not be surprised that customers leave empty-handed and negative.
