It's a great hotel. I booked it for some ridiculous money and didn't expect it to be so good. Very convenient location. Near Freedom Square. The rooms are spacious and clean. I also had breakfast included, which is very convenient. The reception staff is super friendly, polite, smiling, and helpful. The most pleasant impressions of the stay.

We stayed at the hotel in December, we really liked it, we added a room category for free, we settled on the 5th floor with a large balcony, which was pleasant and unexpected. The hotel is being renovated , the flooring has been changed , the furniture is fresh , the breakfasts are delicious and nutritious (the coffee is really instant) . One of the huge advantages is the location, a quiet street, but at the same time the very center, all locations are a minute's walk away, the service is excellent (Kristina, you are the best example of Georgian cordiality and beauty). Near the hotel there is an exchange office with a good exchange rate and a wonderful restaurant. From the wishes of the hotel: put cups and spoons to the kettle , as well as a couple of tea bags . And so everything is super, I recommend it!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after returning from Armenia. If you travel by car, then it is not for you, because there is no parking at the hotel. They are all around, all paid, and tow trucks are operating everywhere. The hotel is located opposite the parliament, there is a parking lot between the hotel and the parliament, but it is for police officers who guard it around the clock. If you're lucky, squeeze in, but the police are against it. The hotel itself is pleasant, it is located in the very center, the carpet is changing, the furniture is being updated, the room itself is clean, we lived on the 2nd floor in 211 rooms, there was a smell of sewage and ventilation was not working. Vlad, a nice guy, Russian-speaking, met us, told us everything, advised us where to have dinner, told us about parking, thanks to him.There are breakfasts, there are no porridges!, sausages, omelets, cabbage in batter, sausage cuts, it's all there.
