Good value, nice staff and perfect location. I’d recommend it if you want budget accommodation.

The location is very good, the metro is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself is located in the center of a pedestrian tourist area. The hotel consists of connected and renovated apartments in an old Georgian courtyard with an internal veranda. There is a small kitchen. The only negative was that there was no TV in our room.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Convenient location in the city. The room is clean and cozy, beautiful interior, regularly cleaned. We had an atmospheric breakfast on the veranda every morning. The room has air conditioning, which helped us relax from walking around hot Tbilisi. The photos correspond to reality. I was most impressed by the sympathetic and caring attitude of the hotel's owner and staff. You could contact them for any questions.: how to get to another city and buy bus tickets, where to change money, and so on. We felt like visiting friends. The hotel is really Friendly The only drawbacks are thin walls.
