We have used FlyDubai airline several times and it has already helped us out twice. We flew for the first time in June 2025, when a force majeure situation developed and the skies over the UAE were closed due to the conflict in the Persian Gulf countries. We waited three days for the flight, we were accommodated in a hotel with 3 meals a day and were constantly kept informed of events. This year, the situation was the same, but we had rented our own housing. Our tickets were changed to the date we needed, and the promised flight took place without delay. The staff is polite and always ready to help with any situation. The planes were comfortable enough, and there was hot food. It's all clear. I can safely recommend it, not the premium segment, but everything is fine.
