I fly too often... the tickets are very expensive... the excess is a rip-off.... Even a lady's handbag was forced to be weighed, except for hand luggage, even outerwear is not allowed to be put in the luggage compartment for hand luggage... there is no such attitude anywhere or in any country ... it has never been pleasant to fly... no club or bonus card ... it is shameful and unpleasant... in a foreign country they do not even pay attention to unnecessary 1-2 kg or more

I would like to leave a sincere review about the flight on the Kostanay — Almaty route, flight FS-7142 on April 23 (departure at 12:00). The flight was calm, comfortable and left an exceptionally pleasant impression. Everything was organized at a good level, there was a clear sense of the crew's work and care for the passengers. I would like to express my special gratitude to the flight attendants Madina and Raushan. These are real professionals in their field! From the very first minutes, they created an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility: they were very polite, attentive, empathetic and friendly. Throughout the flight, the girls closely monitored the condition of the passengers, quickly responded to any requests, helped and maintained a comfortable environment on board. Separately, I would like to note their ability to find an approach to both adults and children — this is a really high level of service. In addition to professionalism, Madina and Raushan are also very pleasant, well—groomed, beautiful and endearing - such employees form the face of the airline and leave only positive emotions after the flight. Thank you for the excellent service, comfort and care! Thanks to such flight attendants, I want to fly again.

I flew with FlyArystan, and I don't want to anymore. Permanent surcharges: check-in at the airport is subject to a charge if you have not completed online check-in. It's generally inconvenient for the elderly. Hand luggage of only 5 kg is ridiculous, you have to pay for everything else separately. It seems that the ticket is cheap only in name, but in fact the money is being pulled out at every step. The service is poor, and there is zero comfort. For comparison, other airlines have free check—in and more hand luggage. Conclusion: the savings are questionable, there are more nerves than benefits.
