Good afternoon! We rested in house number 3, from 20 to 28.07.2024. It was raining on the day of arrival, the entire veranda is flooded with water and dirt from the street, because it is on the same level with the ground. We went into the house, a terrible smell hit our nose. The rooms are damp, all the furniture and the bed are also damp and saturated with the smell of an old, earthen house. The furniture is ruined. What is laid on the floor needs to be removed and burned for a long time, it is completely unsanitary. The house is designed for 10 people, there are enough beds for this number, But a bathroom, at best, for 4 people. About it separately: a shower stall and a toilet are crammed into a small room meter by meter, i.e. you can turn around between them only on one leg. The doors in the shower can be moved if you make an effort, the lid on the toilet is out of size and dangles. There is water on the floor all the time, it drips from the plumbing, i.e. you go in and get into a puddle. The problem was indicated to the administrator, they promised that some Dmitry would come, but they did not wait for the whole vacation. There is not a single shelf or stand for soap accessories. The refrigerator was not working well, and the food was quickly disappearing. The veranda is long and narrow, if you sit down at a table, then it is no longer possible to pass by it. The veranda is open, the neighboring houses are nearby, if you brush your teeth in the sink (there are no more sinks) on the veranda, the neighbors can see you perfectly. They asked to close the veranda, the administrator gave different curtains, fixed them with nails, it turned out to be a homeless farce, but at least that way...The beach was flooded, there was a small piece of sand with a crowd of people, they never swam there, they went to other distant beaches. In general, all of the above is a pleasure for 37,000 tenge per day. We will never go back there again and we do not advise other self-respecting people.
