Very quiet area. Only now the mice were walking on the second floor, apparently from the side of the cottage village they willingly moved into warm apartments.

The residential complex is not of the best quality. They say comfort is great, but I doubt it very much, the neighbors are very audible, the ventilation is terrible. The only facilities in the future are the LRT and the railway station
