I visited the Fergana cafe, located at 5 Abaya Square in Semey, and was very pleased! The interior is cozy and stylish, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Top-level service: the staff is polite and attentive. The menu is varied, there are both traditional dishes and interesting author's suggestions. I tried pilaf and shish kebab — both dishes were cooked very tasty. I was especially pleased with the freshness of the ingredients and the rich flavors. The prices are quite adequate for the quality of the food and service. I recommend visiting this cafe for both locals and tourists. I will definitely come back again!

The interior is at 5, the pilaf still needs to be heated on an electric or gas stove, and not on a microwave, so it turned out to be dry, so it's a three.

I ordered 2 takeaway sets for 17 people- the cafe staff called a courier when the sets were not ready yet, and as a result, I had to pay for waiting and delivery. There are no complaints about the food-everything is delicious.
