I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. The saleswoman behaves very unprofessionally like a market woman: she allows herself to raise her voice at visitors, including adults and sick people. Such an attitude is unacceptable, especially in a place where people come for help and support. I believe that the staff needs to be trained in working with clients and observe basic standards of respect. With this level of communication, you should definitely sell tomatoes at the bazaar rather than work in a pharmacy. I ask the management to take action and pay attention to their employees.
