we are newcomers, we came for the first time, the institution spoiled the impression of the city. firstly, the terminal was not working, I had to go to the bank to withdraw money, secondly, half of the positions were not available, thirdly, the staff was negligent, we waited for the order outside the establishment for 40 minutes, but it turned out that they had forgotten about it. The employee didn't even have a drop of regret on her face, but they returned the money. We will never return to this place again. Let the mayor of the city put this issue under control.
