First of all, it’s a good Georgian restaurant located very close to the Kunaev Museum. The menu is quite simple. Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the dishes on the menu because the portions are very large, just like in Georgia. The prices are reasonable. Three of us ate until we were completely full, and the total came to 16,000 tenge. I think the prices are fair. Inside the restaurant, there’s a large dining hall. The design isn’t bad, and it’s bright. The balcony ceiling is very interestingly designed—with pans and pots. It’s an unusual ceiling. However, the balcony itself is insufficient, with only enough space for 2 or 3 tables. Bad news for those who want to smoke. The restrooms are clean, the service is fast, and the food is delicious. One thing I didn’t like is the lack of an English menu. This mistake needs to be corrected urgently. For a touristy city like Almaty, this is unacceptable. I think this is one of the two best restaurants in Almaty when it comes to service. Why, you ask? First of all, the waiters are quick and understanding. They never disturb you and are knowledgeable enough about their menu to make recommendations. We ate here with three people, and one of our friends had to leave for a while. The waiter covered their food with aluminum foil so it wouldn’t get cold, and when our friend returned, the food was still warm. This is a level of thoughtfulness I couldn’t even dream of seeing in Almaty. I congratulate the owner and staff of this place. I highly recommend this restaurant. It deserves full marks in its category.

Была в грузинском ресторане Ezo — и это тот случай, когда сервис полностью портит впечатление. Заранее уточнила условия акции на хинкали: в WhatsApp мне ответили, что акция до 15 апреля, в Instagram — что до 30 апреля. Когда я указала на расхождение, представитель ресторана извинился и чётко написал, что для меня сделают исключение и акция будет действовать до 30 апреля. В итоге прихожу в ресторан — и начинается цирк. Оказывается, администратор, который это писал, уже уволился, акция давно закончилась, и вообще никто ни за что не отвечает. Скриншоты переписки никого не интересуют. На мой закономерный вопрос — как так — реакции ноль. Более того, на фразу, что я оставлю негативный отзыв, официант спокойно отвечает «без проблем». Это отлично показывает уровень отношения к гостям. Вывод: информация у ресторана противоречивая, за слова своих сотрудников никто не отвечает, клиентские договорённости игнорируются, сервис на уровне полного безразличия. Если не хотите испортить себе настроение и столкнуться с таким отношением — лучше выбрать другое место.
