The disgusting parcel delivery system. Just one question: why do I need a passport to receive a package that needs to be paid for? Is it possible that an outsider will come and pay his money for someone else's parcel? The girl at the counter is just something with something. Why she looked at the passport is not clear to me. Because when she entered the number, she managed to take out the wrong package and didn't even realize that the last name on the package had in common with mine - only the first letter. What is a passport for? The pick-up point does not offer to issue a QR code. And it is impossible to apply for it yourself through your personal account. Simplify the delivery of parcels! People don't carry their passport with them 24/7. You force me to make unnecessary movements. At least they would have sent parcels based on the passport photo.

I don't know! I only meet the friendly staff every time, everything is fast and convenient! I didn't understand the claim about issuing a parcel using a passport at all... how can you hypothetically give material value to a person who probably has nothing to do with this parcel... and I don't understand what the problem is with taking a passport with you either... it doesn't weigh 15 kg. Personally, I feel calm with such a parcel delivery control system! People, when do you write such comments?: 1) Turn on your head; 2) don't write on emotions! Everyone has bad days, you can vent your negativity elsewhere, rather than ruin your reputation with your dumb manners of a good organization. Walk around for a day, wait, think about it, and then write if the desire persists. 3) Be kinder to people! Good luck to all!
