Evolution Car Service, Minsk is a classic example of a "service experiment at your expense". I called to ask about linking the key to the car. The consultant calmly informed me on the phone that they had never done this, but they were ready to experiment with my car and my key for 180 bel. rubles. To my fair objection that the official service performs the same procedure for 80 rubles, and competitors for about 100, there was no reaction. No explanation of the price difference, no arguments, no attempt to justify the cost. It's just "that's how we do it." A logical question arises: why should I pay almost twice as much for a service that you have to do yourself for the first time and actually at random? There is no desire to be a guinea pig for your own money. The result: an inflated price tag, questionable competence specifically for this service, and complete indifference to the client. If you need a sure result, rather than a paid experiment, there are more adequate options.

Ivan, the manager, led the sale from the beginning to almost the end, and left only the most positive impressions. The car traveled from China for 80 days and arrived in early February, all this time Ivan kept me informed about the movement of the car, sent me a video when the car arrived at the border of China, and so on. He kept me informed all the way to Minsk. While the car was driving, they gave me a Femely Account and installed the app. Upon arrival of the car in Minsk, director Yulia already communicated with me and supervised the transaction until the very end. After the car arrived in Minsk, I had a Belarusian SIM card installed on it, Russified it and installed applications, I wanted to wrap it right away. Pavel joined in (as I understood it, one of the co-managers of the company) advised who could do it coolly, and personally put the car on film (I myself was from Brest and could not drive up quickly) and monitored the process, also sent videos during the gluing of the car, and also helped with the registration of hard hat insurance. Since the purchase, I have already traveled 11,000 km, passed the first 3000 km at Evolution, and installed the Pandora alarm system. In general, I'm as happy as an elephant. The sales department worked well, manager Ivan worked out his commission 100%, it was important for me to pick up the car quickly and he helped me with this, the only thing was that the car was without a language and a SIM card, they did not have time to prepare for the issue and when picking up the car, I agreed that I would arrive later and the guys told me They'll do everything, and that's what happened. But when I picked up the car, there was a notification on the small display that there was no original software. The guys in the service replied that this notification was lit due to the fact that they took out the Chinese SIM card slot and installed a new slot, and that they were waiting for the official BYD equipment and would fix everything, I was satisfied with this, the notification did not really annoy me. Some time passed, I reminded them of myself, they said they were waiting for the equipment, after a while I reminded them of myself, they said that there was nothing wrong with their work machine, the same notification did not affect the work, we were waiting for the equipment. half a year later, I remind you of myself, they say we don't know how to remove it, have a nice day. I thought great, they'll give me a password and finally remove the notification. I write to them in the cart, they offer to come, I arrive, the master looks and says, I do not know how to remove it, writes to the Chinese, the Chinese also do not know and says that perhaps because of this error the developer console got lost. The man takes a break, says I'll figure it out and contact me, it takes about two weeks, I write to the cart again, I ask when they will solve the problem and whether they are going to solve it, they replied that they are going to contact me in a week or two. Accordingly, the dick who contacts me and I write again, they say, I remind you of myself and the guys tell me that they are ready to fix it and it costs 3000 BYN, my last questions of such a nature as why I have to pay a million bucks for your crooked hands have not been answered.Bottom line: cars are imported to physicists without a guarantee, as cars are used under a contract, after the sale, go fix it wherever you want or go to them for money, if they say that they will do something later - this is a lie!

You can confuse customers, but you don't have to think that those who want to buy a car can't tell a good seller from a bad one. If you don't have enough experience selling cars, take a sales course. You can set up an advertisement in insta, you can write there that the cars are in stock, in fact, the price is yours, higher than everyone else's and still on order. And not as advertised, the terms and conditions of delivery of cars are mythical. Maybe it's time to stop misleading people about information. Sell honestly and culturally. After the dialogue and correspondence with you, I began to feel like an inferior citizen of our country! Honestly, learn to work, there is a lot of sales training! The video that you sent me shows that there are many professionals in your team, and when do you end the dialogue with ? ask me to write a review, I will fulfill your request.
