Good residential complex, everything is nearby, pharmacies, shops,cafes, etc. Grand Park is within walking distance. There are excellent playgrounds for children, benches, gazebos, and cleanliness in the courtyard.

Everything is great, clean, green and cozy, cameras are working , silence in the evening after 23.00,they are constantly cleaned, constantly watered, the entrances are clean, playgrounds are cool, benches are everywhere, security is working hard, a gym is needed and there will be 5+

We live here, a nice residential complex, a large courtyard and lots of entertainment and playgrounds for all ages, security is very attentive and quick to respond, probably the only good residential complex in the area
