The worst tech support I've ever worked with. For several days, they can't solve an elementary problem properly, while responding with boilerplate messages and generally not delving into the situation. There is a feeling that no one values the customers here. This attitude wastes time, nerves, and trust in the service. If you have a business and stable work is important to you, think carefully before using their services.
