It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it. We stayed for one night – it was very dirty. The carpet had obviously not been vacuumed, there was dust on the bed, hair in the bathroom, and dirty footprints. The check–in leaves much to be desired - the hostess was not there, we were greeted by two boys who speak Russian poorly. Safety is questionable: there are grilles on the windows of the first floor that cannot be opened, which violates fire safety requirements. There are dirty mugs in the kitchen, and the faucet has been "repaired" with electrical tape and cutlery. The price per night is far from budget, but at the same time the service and cleanliness are at zero. I absolutely do not recommend it!

This place has gathered all the worst flaws that can only be found in such hotels. The room is very poorly cleaned, the floor and tiles in the bathroom are dirty, despite the assurances of the administrator that "this is the tile itself." The cleanliness of the bed linen is also questionable. There is not enough furniture and functional interior items, there is not even a table, there is nowhere to hang towels. Which were also issued only upon request. Upon arrival, the boiler was turned off, there was not enough hot water. The only plus is that they provided parking for cars on a separate territory. Don't believe the positive reviews, they're all screwed up!

The hotel is not expensive, cozy and clean. One disadvantage is that there is no noise isolation, the sounds are very audible
