The room was just okay, but there was a damn smell of cleaning chemicals. The soundproofing was poor, and the hotel didn’t offer luggage storage, check out staff dont speak english. Overall, not a great stay

I stayed at the ERA Hotel for 6 days, and this is not my first visit. The main and huge plus is the excellent location and parking, which is a rarity for Almaty and a real bonus. The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to help. I was satisfied with the accommodation, I will be happy to choose this hotel again.

I went to a concert. I stayed at this hotel. I really liked everything! The hotel is small, quiet, clean, and welcoming. The stadium is a 20-minute walk away, close to many attractions, the railway station and administrative centers. There is a public transport stop literally at the porch.

It's great for your money, a small cozy room, the staff is polite and really on site around the clock, respect to them) the breakfasts are really average, there are coffee shops nearby, so it's not scary. There is a refrigerator in the room, a boiler in the hallway, tea, coffee, water. Location in the center, easy to reach. We were very satisfied, thank you!

The location was convenient for us, you can get to the exhibition on foot in 10-15 minutes. I didn't like the breakfasts. It can be seen that in the morning they bring ready-made scrambled eggs and other products from somewhere. They put it in portions, everything is cold. Fried eggs, tasteless oatmeal porridge, 2 mini slices of bread, a piece of cheese, something like sausage, cucumber. They asked for closing documents at the entrance, waited for them for 40 minutes at the exit, the guy at the reception is moving very slowly. The hotel is clean. The room is small, there is a bathroom with a shower. I would like to have a mirror hung in the hallway, otherwise it is inconvenient to look in a small mirror in the toilet

And moving out of a common container and heating in a microwave is managed by universal reception staff from the first floor in a small room on the second floor. But neither at the reception, nor on the way up, nor in the "dining room", nor in this room there is no running water! I am still sure that the virtuosos at the reception do not violate any norms and laws of hospitable Kazakhstan. Their health books are in perfect order and even available. They work exclusively with sterile documents, money and smartphones. And they also all took advanced courses in internal and external self-purification. And the competent authorities monitor all this with the necessary regularity. But it's not that bad. In front of this exclusive place, there is a pharmacy across the street 24 hours. And more. WHO (World Health Organization) warns that immunity from hepatitis A is developed at least a month after vaccination. P.S. And yet I lied.
