We stayed in this mini‑hotel for a few days — and it was a truly cozy shelter! The rooms are clean and thoughtful to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is so warm that you immediately feel that you were expected here. We had a rest at the guest house "Enrique". In the summer of 2025. In a three-bed room on the second floor. Very nice room with sea view. Comfortable wardrobe,refrigerator,TV, air conditioning. Shower, toilet,washbasin, towels, toilet paper, soap are all clean. Beautiful view of the sea, especially when sunrise and sunset. A comfortable kitchen that has everything: a refrigerator, a stove, dishes that I wash after myself, as is customary for normal people. The kitchen is clean.The sea is just around the corner. The city is close, shops,cafes, railway station are all nearby. The owners are kind and helpful people. They are pleasant to talk to. Alexander, the son of the owners, took me on excursions. It's also a plus and will meet you from the train and take you in the opposite direction. Sociable. A full range of drinks is available to choose from. Many thanks to the hosts Marina and Ambartsum for their hospitality and responsiveness. We hope to see you again!!!!

We had a family vacation — and it was a wonderful choice! The location of the mini-hotel is just perfect: the beach is just a couple of steps away, a lot of shops and cafes are also nearby. The room is spacious, with a balcony and a view of the sea — coziness and comfort in everything. I was especially pleased with the shared kitchen-dining room: comfortable, bright, with the possibility of cooking and refrigerators. In the courtyard there are flowers, a barbecue, gazebos — a real home corner. The hosts, Marina and her family— are so hospitable that you feel at home here. Parking, Wi-Fi, transfer, excursions — everything is organized. The only small disadvantage is that sometimes the electricity goes out, but this did not greatly affect the rest. We recommend it to everyone!
