An excellent hotel in terms of price and quality. There are no complaints about the service, they were cleaned well, the breakfasts were varied and delicious (vegetables, cottage cheese, cheeses, cereals, omelets, eggs, sausages, snacks, juices, coffee, tea, various sweets and a new cake every day). The guys at the reception are helpful. The rooms are very pleasant, spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, the plumbing and shower facilities are good, the heating is excellent, the beds are very comfortable. The only negative, as many noted, was the audibility of everything that was happening on the landing, but it didn't cause us any problems, because people didn't linger. And I couldn't hear anything from the neighboring rooms, the walls were thick. The location is very convenient, radial trips were made in all directions, and there was a train, a subway, and a tram nearby. A small disadvantage is that the surroundings are not very beautiful (sewing workshops and fabric shops), but the area itself is calm and quiet.

A hotel with a Wi-Fi of a noble manor in the middle of the 19th century: a patiphone in the lobby, antique dial telephones in the rooms (they work!). Its own courtyard, breakfasts under the dome - it's just wonderful. Nice balconies in the rooms (the view from them is so-so, but sitting and relaxing on the balcony while running away to the sights of Istanbul is the best thing). High ceilings - 3.5 meters, probably no less! There is a kettle in the room, half a liter of water per day plus tea, coffee and sugar for free; the mini-bar is not at brutal rates. The coffee machine at the reception is free from 18:00 to 22:00. The location is good, it takes 5-7 minutes on foot from the Bayezid Mosque/tram stop, but if you are a girl traveling alone, it is better to walk these 5-7 minutes before sunset (it is very uncomfortable to walk along the alleys in the dark). I did not visit the hammam and Jacuzzi: I heard that the reception told the guests that it costs 20 euros to turn them on. The staff is helpful, talkative (in English)

It's not a bad hotel for your money, really. The room was small, with a window facing the street on the 4th floor. A piece of the sea was visible. Seagulls screamed funny. Repairs are required, of course. But there was no mold. One hundred percent audibility from the hallway, as if there were no door at all. There are shower sets, slippers, a kettle, tea, coffee and one 0.5 bottle of water for free. Drinks in the fridge at reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the courtyard in the glass tent. A mini fountain gurgles at the entrance to the hotel. It's a 20-minute walk to the sights.
