When ordering, the manager called within 5 minutes and discussed the details of the order and answered all your questions. The day before delivery, the manager called me and informed me that there was no European version of the phone available, but only an Indian one, and I was offered to take it with a good discount from the store, and I agreed. But there are a couple of questions for the delivery service. You can't agree on your date, and the service sets its own date for you, which is very inconvenient, but this is a question for the delivery service itself, not the store, and the couriers did well to deliver everything on time and without any questions. Thanks again to the emmet store.Thank you for the provided product and customer orientation, I will buy more!

I ordered a laptop for 5000 rubles, which is not a small amount. They brought it to Grodno, but it turned out that there was software and everything in Chinese, only hieroglyphs, without the possibility to put another language. On the eve of the purchase, when I called, I clarified whether the software was installed there and they told me that everything was in order. I think that such things should work out of the box in Belarus, and not look for a programmer later. Their manager recommended contacting their technical support, where I was told that I needed to bring it back to Minsk and they would reinstall everything. Taking him from Grodno is not an option, and I was told that they would contact the manager to decide what to do in this situation and call me back. Of course, no one called me back. I highly do not recommend their services! Irresponsible people!
