Unfortunately, my experience of contacting the Ermimed medical company left a negative impression. When I arrived at the reception, I noticed that the girls were sitting with a dissatisfied expression on their faces, often distracted by phones and eating right at the workplace. The explanations on the necessary procedures were vague and incomplete. I needed to have an ultrasound of the urinary system, and the cost was 11,000 tenge due to the fact that everything was counted separately.The CT scan of the abdomen cost 16,000 tenge (in another organization), which, in my opinion, is much more profitable. It seems that prices were set in their interests, not for the convenience of patients!
