I would like to express my gratitude to the director of the company, Peter G. Ryzhkov, for the high-quality supply and timely delivery of KAYLOS Terracotta thermal panels (130 sq.m.). From the first call, a full consultation was received and all our wishes were taken into account. The director did everything possible and impossible to adjust the production plan and produce our order in the shortest possible time (7 days!!!), he was humanly understanding of our situation, which is very rare nowadays.
