I contacted you about the flooding of the phone, mi11 lite. The display was diagnosed, cleaned, and replaced. The phone was picked up in full working condition. After a couple of days, the sound disappeared, and the phone was brought in again. According to the results of the inspection, it became clear that the repair would cost more than the cost of the phone. The reason for the failure could be both flooding and wear (the phone is 4 years old). When the employees got into the situation, they returned the money for replacing the screen, although they might not have done so. Thank you for your understanding and conscientiousness.
