They asked about a 10% discount, said that the promotion was valid, but there was no discount in the receipt. It turned out that the account had to be closed before 15:00 (which, of course, we were not warned about). Question: why should a visitor know all these subtleties? The waiter is polite, which cannot be said about the receptionist. When we tried to explain that it was better to inform the guests of all the terms of the promotions in the future, she did not even want to listen. Then I told her that I had a hair in my plate, and I put it aside, to which she reacted like this: "Why didn't you say so right away?? And anyway, all my chefs are wearing hats."
