I'm betting 5, but for the future, because there are disadvantages.: 1. The acrid smell of sewage in the bathroom (room 211). The smell is not removed by air fresheners, it is permanent. 2. Streaks from mugs and dried droplets on furniture. There was also hair on the furniture and in the bathroom. 3. The shoe sponge was dirty and used. 4. There were only 2 paper napkins in the case on the bedside table. 5. Decent audibility, like drywall walls. The dialogue from the next room was heard verbatim. People were just talking, not shouting. Also, the entertainment program in the restaurant on the ground floor until about one o'clock in the morning gave off not only loud music, but also vibration from it)) 6. The change on the robe is 52-56, in reality it looks like 44-46 Five for the furniture and the overall work of the designer. It's a delight! Lovely furniture, bed linen and pillows. Everything is brand new and clean. Delicious capsule coffee, teas, sweets. There was a compliment from the hotel - good champagne. Great TV. Nice care cosmetics (but no body lotion). A great new hair dryer. I really liked the area with a shared kitchen, hanging swings: furniture, books, board tables. Everything is very beautiful and stylish! Wow effect. The table is a work of art! The girls at the reception are very friendly. We asked about our impressions of the hotel and listened carefully. The guests were given 10% for breakfast in the restaurant. View from the window on the railway bridge and the Neman River. I'm attaching photos of the cons and pros.

I lived in a hostel for the first time :) and I will say that the Zen hostel is great! The friendly staff of the hostel-hotel, who are always ready to help and answer your questions. The atmosphere is wonderful! From morning to evening, a light zen melody plays in the background, in toilets, showers, especially in the sauna, and a slight echo reaches the kitchen. The kitchen is wonderful! The design, every detail is beautiful and concise. There are teas, pasta, pots, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, ... all the cabinets are signed: Where are the spices, where is the tea! Even if you forgot your favorite book, the Zen Hotel also has bookshelves. Everything is new and beautiful. There's even a swing. Zen Hostel has become another pleasant experience on my trip to Grodno. I am delighted to tell all my family, friends and colleagues about such a wonderful place! I wish you prosperity!

The other day I visited the beautiful city of Grodno, and was impressed by the Zen hotel, where I stayed overnight. First of all, I would like to mention the spacious rooms filled with light and air. The interior design is made in pleasant natural shades with an emphasis on marine tones, which creates an atmosphere of lightness and comfort. The hotel's facilities were also impressive: guests have access to a sauna, a gym, a large kitchen with dining area and a chillout area. I would especially like to mention the impeccable cleanliness in the rooms and the friendly reception. It made me feel at home, surrounded by my loved ones. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions of the city, such as the Old and New Castles, the ancient Kaluzhskaya Church, Sovetskaya pedestrian street and the Grodno Drama Theater. This greatly simplifies the planning of a tourist route. I noticed that there is a grand piano in the lobby of the hotel. I decided that I would definitely come back here on the day of the live music events.
