I am writing this review as a travel agency owner (15 years of experience), a hospitality industry expert, and - most importantly - a mother of three children. Unfortunately, even my professional background did not prepare me for what we experienced at this hotel. Our vacation was ruined from the very first day. First: Check-in and Negligence Upon arrival, we were given a room that was UNFIT FOR STAYING: the window wouldn't close. Outside, it was +15...+16°C at night. As a result, my husband caught a severe cold. When we asked to change rooms, the staff and management completely ignored us for TWO DAYS. Only on the third day, after I personally waited at the reception desk, the main manager reluctantly agreed to move us. New Room — Same Old Problems.After moving to a new family suite all our luggage and three children, we discovered: - Ants constantly crawling in the bathroom (hundreds of them!). Throughout our entire stay, the hotel did absolutely nothing. I had to deal with them myself, cleaning them away every few hours. — A huge bird's nest on the balcony, inhabited by night butterflies (insects all over the balcony). When I repeatedly asked the hotel (via Guest Relations for help, I was met with rudeness. - Missing Cosmetics and the Hotel's "Investigation" My hypoallergenic makeup, which was left on the table near the entrance, disappeared from the room. Guest relations was promised to look into it. In reality — zero action. Without our knowledge or consent, they just made a note on some "Valley card." When I asked every day for an update, the manager told me: "If you don't like something, call the police." Instead of my cosmetics, I got nothing but indifference. - Lost Item from Laundry. When I asked for laundry service as compensation, one of my blouses was not returned. Upon my request to check if it had been left behind (it is an essential item for me), I was told: "All items are here, everything was delivered to you." Again, complete disregard and poor service. - Final Conversation — Open Discrimination Against Guests Today, I complained about the treatment (as a travel agent and expert). The response I received shocked me: "Right now, many Turkish guests have checked in the stuff is taking care of them! Excuse me, but we are the guests of the hotel also even though not with turkish citizenship. The experience has been horrifying. For all 10 days here, we have faced one problem after another: ants, cold, rudeness, missing belongings. In conclusion I would like to say that I strongly DO NOT recommend Ducale resort hotel to anyone, especially families with children. It is not worth the money, and the emotions are entirely negative. Do not ruin your vacation and health here. We are leaving deeply disappointed and with lost property. The service made us feel this way. P.S. The ants are still crawling as I write this. The hotel management simply does not care about Russian guests at all. Stay away if good service means to you.

Отдыхали в конце мая 2026, на 9 ночей, осталось несколько дней до отъезда. Плюсы: реновация, свежий ремонт в номерах, ремонт красивый. В номере есть кнопка don't distrub и уборка. Если нажимает на клавишу, то на экране у двери отображается, что надо убраться или не беспокоить. Не нужно вывешивать бирку на ручку, чтобы убрались или не беспокоить. Нам попался вид на бассейн. Постоянная музыка заглушались бассейном. А вот у кого вид частично на бассейн, будет звук сурраунд, будет некомфортно от музыки. Ночью конечно уснуть сложновато из за ночной анимации и музыки. Ложились спать в 22:30 и в течении часа ещё не могли уснуть. Пляж понравился, галька очень мелкая, но только при заходе в море, для ребёнка заход в море удобный. Конечно есть перепад через метра 3-4, после этого, не совсем пологий заход на всём протяжении захода. Фан сан гид: хороший гид, Алихан Муса, если не ошибаюсь, работает днём, рассказал про экскурсию, посоветовал поездку в Перге, старшему сыну поездка в Перге понравилась. Очень дружелюбный. Минусы: мини клуб для детей, - отказались брать ребёнка полные 5лет, после одного раза посещения, мотивируя что он не слушается. Попросив видео, сослались, что только при запросе от полиции могут предоставить. Жирный минус сотрудницам и менеджеру этого клуба, не стараются работать, а пытаются просто послушных детей только держать, которые будут сидеть смирно. Тогда это клуб для послушных школьников. В отеле Port Nature проблем таких не было. Да, ребенок активный, ему хочется движения, но из за этого заставлять посещение только с родителями, это слишком. Жирный минус. Еда: Основной зал: выбора мяса очень мало. В основном курица, за мясом очереди, как и за мороженное днём, почему бы не добавить ещё одного сотрудника в пик очередей? По 15человек в очереди за мороженным днём. Рыба бывает редко, и то, не понравилась. Ресторан у пляжа: позиционируются на пиццу. Тесто у пиццы, как у обычной лепешки, поэтому будет подгорелым, а начинка жидкой. Экономят на тесте. Это не пицца. В ней всё растекается и ещё и подгорелая. Салат Цезарь с кислым соусом, не понравился. Здесь только чизкейк понравился и быстрое обслуживание официантов, которые стараются. Мужчина, который занимается гостями, не стал на нашу сторону в поддержке для посещения детского мини клуба. Считаю, что проблему надо как то решать, а не просто запрещать посещение. Это не решение.
