Cons: lack of heating (at a temperature of + 3 outside, the room is "not hot", to put it mildly) the existing oil heater does not save much; somewhere the sockets fall out of the wall, somewhere the lights do not work in the room; hot water "will have to wait"; plumbing, in places, "tired" if you arrive late or leave early, there will be nowhere to eat. Everything would be "nothing", but not for 3+ thousand per room (January 26th). Hopefully, the situation will change over time... Yandex is incorrectly plotting the entrance to the parking lot from 69/2 (make a sharp left turn from Kostenko St. before reaching the intersection with Alexander Nevsky St.)

The room is cold, the heater (or as the admins called it, the "electric fireplace") is not working, the batteries are cold, not filled. The weather is not the coldest outside (about 5 degrees), but it was uncomfortable in the room. We woke up very cold. Renovation of rooms from the 90s. Old, heavy, dusty wallpaper, dusty carpet on the floor, beds from the boarding house. But that's okay, the bathroom is attached - the shower tray is already rusting, the sanitary ware is tired, the faucets do not look beautiful. And the mattresses are very suitable for beds. I think it will go overnight in spring, summer and autumn. But in winter, when the temperature is below 10, it will be extremely uncomfortable.
